I have certifications in Spinning through Mad Dogg Fitness, Bodypump through Les Mills, and yoga and pilates through SWC Fitness.  I currently teach Spinning/Cycling at the Drexel Recreation Center and the Salvation Army Kroc Center in Philadelphia.

Personal classes are available upon request in Spinning/cycling, yoga, and pilates, as well as basic nutrition and fitness goal planning.

Aspiring to create new innovations including partner fitness workouts and gyms in the future!
