Osama Bin Laden is dead . . .

Woo!  Time to bring those troops home, right?  Not that al Qaeda hasn’t been non-existent for quite some time . . . or any threats to “national security.”

‎10 years, 2 wars, 919,967 deaths, and $1,188,263,000,000 later, we managed to kill one person. Worth it?

Thanks to Reddit for that update.

Oil, oil, oil . . . United States as a hegemonic power . . . world police . . .  how quaint.

Update:  Todd S in the comments made a good point.  The “we” in the quote should be changed to “the United States government.”

And no matter how bad a guy he was, celebrating his death seems twisted.
